Metric01 has been involved with steel fabrication and logistics for many years, constructing a variety of items from security to transformer components. We understand the need for reliability and the time sensitive nature of many of todays’ projects. We strive to meet every clients’ requests while maintaining the high level of workmanship expected. With constant training and improvements to our operating line we are always looking for ways to increase the productivity of the workshop without compromising the quality of work produced.
Metric01 will now add an under-roof painting facility to accommodate the telecoms industry and specifically the painting of both lattice and mono pole towers. We have been approved by PPG (Sigma Coatings) as an approved applicator of their products and as such are well equipped to handle the challenges that this type of work entails. With painting facilities and warehousing available we are now able to offer a faster solution to the telecom market, in that we are not weather dependant and will be able to allocate a specific time frame to projects. We will be able to save both time and money to the contractors who currently paint the units on site, eliminating the need for excess rigging and time delayed painting on site as well as being able to supply a completed project within the given project time.
About Us:
Metric01 is situated in Kempton Park, close to all main highways and the international airport, this central location is beneficial to most, as they can make arrangements for transport to site based from a central location. As well as having a warehousing facility and handling equipment Metric01 can offer other forms of metal work with an in house engineering workshop, in both mild steel and stainless steel. Local logistics and packaging of products is also well within the scope of Metric01 capabilities.
